— Anon, Parent of a Lil’Yogi
“
“Whatever it is, My kiddo feels the difference in his day when he watches an adventure or a sits in a meditation and when he doesn’t.”
— Julia H., Parent a Lil’ Yogi
“
We’ve been taking yoga with Alex since my daughter was 3 years old. She is now 6 and still loves going to the park and having fun with Alex. Alex has a magical way with kids that just makes Saturday mornings so enjoyable and a great way to start the day! If you’ve got kids who love moving and shaking and music-then you gotta check her out!
